We achieve that through diligent space planning. In addition accommodate every "Brand" requirement, for a complete shopping experience.
PAST Projects
MNC COMMERCIAL INTERIORS | BANGALORE
20,000 sft, Ground, First, Second and Third floors.
Existing building in Koramangala, was converted for new MNC tenants. Spaces coordinated were, reception, waiting, accounts offices, training rooms, executive offices, conference rooms, dry pantries, open offices, war room. Standing table workstations and break out lounges for 300 staff capacity.
Project Inaugurated August 2017
Commercial Interiors | Bangalore
Inaugurated Nov 2017 - MNC Commercial Interiors in electronic city. 5000 SFT of columns, beams and 4 walls was converted into open office, executive cabins, design room, conference and reception area. Later a VR platform was integrated.
Green Umbrella Resort,
Kushalnagar, Karnataka
The requirement was to build 30,000 sft resort, on 2.5 acres. It took some organic site planning to conserve trees, create spaces that interact with each other and allow for their own privacy as well. Green Umbrella Resort is proposed as a, "retreat to discover", nestled in acres of coffee estate, with lush indigenous forest trees. The site has a total of 10 large and small buildings. Focus is on comfort and discovery.
For most urban dwellers life is all work...days are defined by daily commute to work and back, household chores & television. For urbanites who want to get away from the mundane, Green Umbrella Resort is a worthy choice
Architect Namratha headed the design of cottages and administration block for this project.
