3000 sft Bangalore Pent House, terrace garden. Place for

get together with friends and family, with an adjoining BBQ space.

A tranquil water body with landscaped areas provided for private 

lounge spaces.

Bangalore, Villas 

Have you been to a gated community where every villa looks like the other? We all have. 

​

When a developer came by, looking for unique designs, AA+D proposed unique villas for different plot parcels which were designed based on complimenting elements. 

​

We worked to achieve spacious bedrooms, family rooms and much needed utility spaces. We hope to create a vibrant community where every family can identify with their new home.    

PAST Projects | usa

Town Home Villa | Berkeley, USA
​

Garage + 3 level town home villa, situated on Berkeley Hills. This multi level villa was designed to integrate the beautiful views around these hills. 

 

Interesting faced design makes this project quite unique. Different cladding materials were used for highlighting different elements. 

 

Type of construction was wood frame with 1 hour fire rated walls. Project by Hamilton & Co., completed project images displayed. Architect Arundhati was part of the core design team

 

 

Retail and Apartments | San Francisco, USA

Mixed Use, retail and residential apartments in Irving District of San Francisco. 

 

The apartments were efficiently planned for maximum utilization of space. With adequate consideration for privacy and connectivity with the existing city fabric.
