Industry BUILDING | Chennai
Chennai, 1/2 acre site, 25,000 sft industrial project.
Conscious design features like, building massing, mutual shading, light concrete blocks, tile cladding is incorporated to reduce heat gain. Use of well engineered blocks eliminated need for interior plaster. Columns, beams and ceiling plastering was not required, there by considerably reducing consumption of cement, sand and labour. It is estimated 9000 KG of CO2 EMISSIONS were prevented by these eco friendly, low carbon design techniques.

ECO VILLA | Bangalore
3000 sft Villa. The goal is to achieve a low carbon
footprint and incorporate water saving techniques.
Several passive design techniques were explored.
Deep overhangs and thick masonry (CSEB)
walls on west side. Sloped RCC filler roofs. Rain chains guiding water to multiple lily ponds.
It is estimated, if all these concepts are implemented along with roof top PV, close to 13,000 kgs of
